INTRODUCTION

These terms and conditions will apply when you place your order with us.
These terms and conditions make repeated use of certain terms which we have explained in 'Definitions'

Before you place your order, we reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.

SPECIFICATION OF GOODS

 

Using the MEASURING GUIDE it is your responsibility to provide us with exact measurements, suitable for your requirements. We shall not be responsible for inaccurate measurements.

All sizes and measurements stated by us in relation to the goods are approximate only.

We are unable to guarantee the accuracy of the colours on this website, due to variations in light and colour between different computer monitors.

Fabrics can vary in colour from different dye lots.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. We reserve the right to change any price displayed at any time. PRICES ARE EXCLUSIVE TO ONLINE CUSTOMERS ONLY.

All prices are shown in UK £s sterling and include value added tax.

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on this website are accurate as possible, errors may occur. We will notify you of any errors in the pricing of your order.

ORDER PROCESS

To place an order with us, you will enter your required sizes/measurements and your order will be placed by pressing the order confirmation buttons during the check out process.

DELIVERY

All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

Delivery charges and estimated timescales are detailed on confirmation of your order. We make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timescales communicated to you and in any event within 30 days of the date of order. However postal delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.

Risk of loss and damage to your order passes to you on the date when the goods are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

SUBSTITUTE GOODS

We cannot supply you with substitute goods due to the nature of the products we supply.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS AND RETURNS

Where the goods are "made to measure" you shall have no right to amend or cancel your order, return the goods or seek any refund of the price paid by you from us. This is due to the nature of the bespoke made to measure service we provide. If the fabric or product is faulty, please notify us in writing.

GENERAL

Any contract between you and us shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England.

Whilst we try to ensure stock levels are up to date, stock availability is not live. Should a product not be available or discontinued, a full refund or credit will be offered in remedy.

 

RETURNS POLICY FABRICS, CURTAINS AND BLINDS

Please inspect your fabric/curtains/blinds thoroughly on receipt. In the unlikely event that you should find a fault with your product, please contact us immediately and we will gladly provide you with a refund or replacement if faulty, once the items have been returned to us for inspection.

We cannot refund products without the original packaging and fabric, curtains or blinds that have been opened, cut or adjusted in any way will not be refundable.

Once we have received the returned goods and we feel that there is a fault with the product, we will make an instant refund for your purchase.

 

RETURNS POLICY WALLPAPER / DAMAGED WALLPAPER

Please check all products on receipt for colour, design, quality or imperfections. It is essential that such checks are carried out before cutting or hanging the rolls, as no claims will be accepted after hanging or cutting the wallpaper.

In the event that goods received by you are either faulty or damaged, you should contact us within 3 working days from the date on which you have accepted delivery of the goods. If the product is defective in any way or has a fault, a full replacement or refund will be made at no charge. Should your delivery arrive in a less than satisfactory condition, i.e. the box is damaged, please note this when signing for the delivery.

Unused rolls.
We allow 7 working days after receipt of your order delivery to inform us if you wish to return your wallpaper and we will be happy to refund or exchange if it is in fully resalable condition, undamaged and in the original packaging.

In addition, for up to 28 days after purchase goods may be returned provided they are in the original saleable condition for a refund subject to a 25% re-stocking charge.
